Continue with Google, or create a club pass with your email. A new pass sends one confirmation. It is not a newsletter. If the message is missing, check the spam folder, then write us from that same address.
Logging a game
On My rally, tap that you are on court, then go play. You can leave the page. When you come back, photograph the court with the camera and confirm you played. A session that is too short does not count. A picture from the camera roll does not count. The photo stays with the session so a blank tap cannot move the route.
Routes
The Kitchen Line is open. The Third Shot Drop and Sideline to Sideline open after that finish. Capital Courts opens after those three. Everything else stays locked until we say it is for sale. A route you have already paid for stays open.
A crew
The captain gets a six-character code after checkout. The other three enter that code to join the same route. Everyone on the crew can see each player's name and game count. They cannot see court photos or shipping addresses. Medals ship only after all four finish. If someone drops out, write us.
The medal
Send a United States address from My rally after the game count is done. A solo medal then goes to the workshop. A crew medal stays held until all four finish. Once a ticket is ready, it leaves in one to four weeks. We do not ship outside the United States.
Cancel or refund
The captain can cancel a route that is underway. Starting it again is a new purchase. If you have not logged a game, email us within thirty days of payment and we will refund the entry. Once a game is on the route, the entry stands. A packed or shipped medal is not refundable. The full terms are on the terms of sale.
Your account
Write us to see what we hold, to correct it, or to delete the account. Deleting an account also removes the rally log tied to it. A medal that has already shipped cannot be unsent. What we keep is on the privacy page.
