The purchase
A solo entry is one route plus one finisher medal. A crew entry is the same route plus four medals. The captain pays once. The price on the checkout page is the price, in US dollars, and it includes shipping inside the United States. Digital postcards and the rally log come with the entry.
When a route is for sale
The Kitchen Line is open. The Third Shot Drop and Sideline to Sideline open after that finish. Capital Courts opens after those three. Every other route stays locked until we say it is for sale. A route you have already paid for stays open.
Shipping
You send one address from My rally after the game count is done. A solo medal then goes to the workshop. A crew medal stays held until all four Rallyites finish, then each one ships. Once a ticket is ready, it leaves in one to four weeks. Medals ship only to addresses in the United States.
Thirty-day rethink
If you have not logged a game, email [email protected] within thirty days of payment and we will refund the entry. Once a game is on the route, the entry stands and the medal is still yours to finish. A packed or shipped medal is not refundable. Starting a route again after it is cancelled is a new purchase.
Crews
The six-character code is how the other three join. Everyone on the crew can see each player's progress. Medals ship only after all four finish. If someone drops out, write us and we will sort the remaining medals or a refund for the seats that never started.
The medal
It is a souvenir for finishing the game count. It is not a ranking prize, not solid gold, and not a guarantee that anyone else played harder or less. The same medal goes to every finisher of that route.
The pledge
A finished route is a pledge toward a youth paddle or fifty cracked balls, once those partners are named. It is not a donation receipt, and it is not counted until we say a partner is in place.
